Product Description

Ventilation& Environment Control System for poultry house



a. This system is of great importance for a chicken house, which is used for providing a most suitable growing environment for chicken.

b. The system consists of below parts: air inlet, exhaust fan, Cooling Pad, Spraying System and Panel Door.

c. Cooling pad and exhaust fan combination is the most economical and effective method to lower the temperature in summer.

d. In hot summer when the temperature reach above 40 degree the spraying system can reduce temperature in house in few minutes .



Work principle of spraying system:



The purified water by the filter is transported to high-pressure nozzle after the high pressure pump and make the tiny spray full of the space, the mist particles moving in a circulating air and mixing with the surrounding hot air ,absorb a lot of heat ,while the air is evaporated to accelerate the air flow,the temperature of the surrounding air is rapidly reduced ,so as to achieve the purpose of cooling.



Nozzle spraying system features:

1. The nozzle is made of copper ,pressure resisting ,corrosion resisting ,even spray, long service life.

2. The pipe and nozzle base can bear 70kg pressure.

3. The water is filtered by several filter to avoid the block.

4. PE pipe can bear 70kg and corrosion resisting.

5. The main pipe is copper tube.
