Spraying System function:

This system effectively cools, humidifies, dedusts and disinfects the hen house(the tem-Perature is quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes).Also in this system we can add water solulbe drugs to achieve disinfection results.



Working principle:

By using a principle that the water adjusts the climate in the natural world, atomization cooling is to purify the water through the filter, then convey the water into the high-pressure nozzle after the pressurization by the high-pressure pump, make fog particles mixed with the ambient hot air to absorb a large quantity of heat, and evaporate the fog particles by the air to accelerate the flow of the air at the same time to make the temperature of the ambient air quickly reduced, thereby achieving the aim of the temperature reduction.

In summer, when the temperature of the poultry house is high, the atomization cooling system can reduce room temperature by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes.



Main application:

Refrigeration and humidification: the water pressure at the pipe mouth can reach 70bar after the water is sprayed from the high-pressure nozzle, and the sprayed water is atomized and quickly dispersed to absorb the heat, thereby achieving the effect of temperature reduction and humidification.



Dust removal and disinfection: the sprayed water fog can purify the dust in the air during the descending. At the same time, water soluble disinfection drugs can be added into the spray to achieve the effect of the disinfection with chickens.

Spray system layout:

1.Well-known brand motor with long life

2.Water source enter pump group after going through multi-filters with Honeycomb Type filter core, at 50μm /hole.

3.There are 3 foggy lines in standard house, and each nozzle with two spraying hole every 3m to ensure spray into every corner.

4.Side pipe is anti-igh pressure PE pipe and able to endure high pressure of 100kg, anti-corrosive.

5.Main pipe is made of anti high pressure copper tube, from which two ways are divided to ensure homogeneous atomizing granule everywhere under identical spraying pressure.

6.Special copper nozzle with flat stainless steel chips.
