The equipment unloads egg trays in the trolley onto the conveyor, identifying live embryo eggs, unfertilized eggs and dead embryo eggs through the egg candling unit, and then transfer kinds of breeding eggs to hatching basket or corresponding conveyors.
II.Main structure and speed
High-speed automatic candling & transferring equipment consists of 7 modules: trays automatic taking, automatic candling and eliminating, automatic transferring, empty baskets automatic unstacking, after falling baskets automatic stacking, setter trays automatic washing and hatchery automatic stacking, and they are the indispensable equipment for modern large-scale hatchery.
The whole system adopts advanced automatic processing technology to identify eggs with the speed reaching 50,000 eggs per hour and applies to standard setter trays of 42 eggs. It can accurately identify live embryo eggs, unfertilized eggs and dead embryo eggs 13 days ago and is mainly used for candling & transferring eggs of 18 days in large and medium-sized hatchery.

IV. THE MAIN FEATURES
1. High automation and efficiency. Operators work in clean work environment. Achieve hatchery modernization and management standardization.
2. Calculate automatically the total quantity and percentage of live embryo eggs, unfertilized eggs and dead embryo eggs.
3. 200,000 eggs can be candled and transferred by 6 people at 4 hours, and the process would be unaffected by emotion and environment.
4. Include 4 touch screens with animation display, intuitive and convenient for a review of history record.
5. The front and the end can be connected with hatcher basket washing machine and explosive eggs automatic eliminating equipment respectively for greater efficiency and labor saving.
6.During candling process, cross infection is avoided as no direct contact between workers and eggs.
7. Egg sucker can be cleaned without disassembly
8. The equipment frame adopts 304 stainless steel, elegant appearance, easy to clean, strong corrosion resistance.

V. WORK FLOW
The operator pushes one setter trolley full of eggs and one hatcher trolley full of empty baskets in place respectively, and then the whole equipment runs automatically. While trays taking equipment unloads trays from trolley onto the conveyer, the unstacking equipment puts one empty basket onto basket conveyer. During the operation, trays of eggs are sorted automatically at high speed. As a result, live embryo eggs, unfertile eggs and dead embryo eggs are automatically transferred to the corresponding baskets or conveyers, thus automatic candling & transferring is realized.
