1. Main feeding line system
In the main feeding line system the feed is transferred from the silo to the hopper in chicken house by auger. There is a feed sensor at the end of the main feed line which control of open and close of the motor to realize the automatic feeding.
2. Pan feeding line system
In the Pan Feeding System the feed sensor control the motor to open and close to realize the automatic feeding. The system consists of hopper, motor, feed pipe and auger.
3. Nipple drinking line system
In modern poultry production, nipple drinkers have been proven to be a reliable and hygienic solution for the supply of water. It is consisted by water front parts, drinking system, hanging system, regulator and water line end parts .
4. Ventilation& environment control system
a. This system is of great importance for a chicken house, which is used for providing a most suitable growing environment for chicken.
b. The system consists of below parts: air inlet, exhaust fan, cooling pad, spraying system and Panel Door.
c. Cooling pad and exhaust fan combination is the most economical and effective method to lower the temperature in summer.
5. Environment control system
This system saves the labor and the resources under the condition of assuring the optimum growth environment of the chickens. It is imported from Israel can set an optimum working m-ode according to the local climate and raising environment
6. Cooling pad system
Installation:Submersible pump being installed under water,keep the water source clean and the ground neat and beautiful.
Water Volume Control:control the volume of water by adjusting the valve,keep the cooling pad drenched evenly after water supplying,make the water flow down along the corrugation of the wet curtain.
Water Quality Control:Filter being installed at the water source can keep the supplied water clean.The special substance being applied on the surface of wet curtain can effectively prevent algaebacteria from breeding on the surface
7. Spraying and disinfecting system
This system effectively cools, humidifies, dedusts and disinfects the hen house(the tem-Perature is quickly reduced by 3-8 degrees centigrade within a few minutes)
