I.Specifications of Cage System



1, Cell size: L3000mm*W1820mm*H450mm. Raising area is 5.46m2.



2, Designed raising density is 50kg/m2, for eather tier total weight of birds can be 273 kg. Take weitht of each bird as 2.5 kg , then each tier can put 110birds and 330 birds can be put in 3-tier cage . The width of walkway should be more than 1.2m.



3. For each tier, there are two watering lines and one feeding line. There are 2 feeding pan and 12 nipple for drinking.



4.Main cage system is made of galvanized steel .The galvanization quantity is 275g/m2.









II.Product Description



Feeding system

1. Diameter of tube is 45 mm ,feed conveying capacity is 450kg/hour . There are 2 feed pans in one unit .

2. Diameter of feed pan is polypropylene diameter of pan is 330mm , with 14 seperations . Each pan can be used for 45~55 birds .



Manure Cleaning system and birds conveying system

Automatic birds conveying system can save labor cost and increase working efficiency . it can also reduce the damage to the birds and improve economic benefits .

Belt manure removal system makes manure drier and easier to to remove and recycle,and heighten the efficiency of reusing manure



Poultry Slat :

Slat size : length 900mm , width 700mm, thickness 45mm .hole size :14*11mm

Material: polypropylene . High tensile strength and anti corrosion .



Lighting system

Voltage of Led lighting system 24v ,IP 65 .Strength of illumination 10-35lux . blue or green light can used which are most favorable to broilers .strength of illumination can be adjusted .
