1.2 Product Details
1) The drive motor is connected to the feed sensor, which gives back signal to start and stop the motor automatically, It could meet breeder feeding requirement during every stage of growing period.
2) All the feed pan filled simultaneous, which make the breeder could feed with same amount at the same time. Eliminate hungry hyperirritability , ensure uniform growth,enhance egg production rate.
3) Feed is delivered by disc-chain in the pipe,which greatly reduce feed damage.Closed feed delivery,eliminate pollution and noise, avoid abrasion of feed pipe.
4) Disc soft link ensure cycle supply of feed, easy for installation.
5) Once suspension installation, lifelong use.Feeding density is 30% more than chain feeding.
1.3 Feed Pan Specifications
Female Feed Pan:
1) Diameter: 360mm

5)Cycle delivery makes feed fall at the same time , to ensure birds can grow uniformly.
6) The distance between grills can be adjusted from 40-52mm with 11 levels. And there is also 3 levels of height adjusting level (0mm/80m/90mm), which can prevent the male birds eating from the breeder pan.
7) Pan bottom level can be also adjusted according to different growing period, three holes of slide shut-off can meet birds feeding demands during different growing period.
8) The width of grill has 11 levels ranging from 40mm to 52mm.
9) The height of feeding hole can be adjusted into 70mm 80mm and 90mm.

4) 90 degree corner and slideway surface are treated by special harden process, with alloy bearing no oiling

5) Feed trough is made of anti-rust material, and grill with 44mm distance can effectively separate the male
