Main features

1.    Drive device adopt vertical reducer motor, which is more reliable and steady, lower noise and 
even feed distribution in the whole house. Delivery speed reach up to 36m/min, high conveying capacity: 1.5 t/h.
 
2.    Suspended chain feeding system can be raised after the feeding.
The height of  feed trough can be adjusted according to different raising period.
 
3.    The support of feed trough is made of high intensity nylon material, antiseptic and anti-corrosion, 
more suitable for poultry house environment.
 
4. 90 degree corner and slideway surface are treated by special harden process, with alloy 
bearing no oiling injection. Compared with other supplier, these parts are more durable and have
long life.
 
5. Feed trough is made of antirust material, and grill with 43.8mm distance can effectively separatethe male and female birds. Can also be customized according to customer specifications with
different grill distance.
 
6. Easy and thorough cleaning after each batch.
