1. Auto laying nest
Auto nest is the modern equipment to automatically collect eggs, the function is to deliver the clean eggs to egg-collecting table smoothly by convey or belt, reducing labor cost, improving production efficiency, lowering egg breakage rate, reducing floor eggs. Providing clean and high quality eggs.
Automatic nest is for floor system and with certain quantity of pedestrian passageway. The layout is designed according to the demand of the clients which can meet low-high-low mode and high-low-high mode.
Features:
a. Nest with large space, simultaneously accommodate 5.5-7 chicken to lay eggs;
b. Soft and comfortable nest bottom, breathable and smooth to create the proper temperature for the female breeder;
c. A red curtain front of the nest, ensuring internal flocks free from outside interference;
d. Square hole conveyor belt can ensure the egg delivered stable;
e. Less routine maintenance, simple and reliable;
2. Manual laying nest
Good quality plates, plates thickness:0.5mm, galvanizing thickness 275g/m2, solid compact body structure, durable and easy assemble. It fits for the big floor system chicken house.
The both sides of the support with many round hole to block the light and ensuring the good ventilation in the nest to create the comfortable environment for the female breeder, reducing laying eggs outside the nest. There is rotational stand on the top of the nest to avoid breeder stand on it.
